First of all, if you’re not sold on the already amazing reviews josh has been given, let me add to the list. Josh brown has been coaching me for 2 months now and I came to him to build strength and put on some lean mass. In only 2 months I am already up 12lbs of lean muscle tissue, and my lifts have gone up tremendously. Josh’s plan that he custom made for me is simple to understand and perform for someone who has never been on a meal plan/workout plan and extremely effective. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I have been training with Josh for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable about weightlifting, nutrition and body composition. Josh works with you to develop a program that is tailored to fit your goals. He is able to work around any injury you may have and ensures that you maintain good form throughout the workout. I have been training with Josh for the last 4 months and I have gained things that can be measured and I have also gained things that cannot be measured. Physically I have changed my body composition by cutting fat and gaining muscle. This was a struggle for me as I was always one to measure progress by the number on the scale and how flat my stomach was. Just writing to update you on things and prep to reconnect for Ian’s next steps. The football season is all but over now and it’s been quite a ride. While the team struggled this year, Ian was a breakout star. Your work with him this summer helped him earn a spot as a starter on both offense and defense. He displaced senior starters at both right guard and left tackle. And he was a “beast” this year (not my word but the nickname the team gave him). He ran over players opposite him and often times “punched above his weight” when he faced linemen who were bigger than him. He became a critical member of the MHS squad and we couldn’t be more proud of what he’s accomplished. Best of all, he played every snap and down if every game, while making it through the season without injury!! He has even started to become a leader in that he’s been helping some of the younger players in the weight room with their technique and form. I think back to all the work you put in with him this summer and the improvements he made with you. You’ve made this possible, and I couldn’t be more thankful.
I am a 42-year-old mother of two elementary-school aged children. When I stared training with Josh three years ago I suffered from chronic back pain and had not exercised regularly for years. I was interested in weightlifting for the long-term benefits to bone, muscle, and metabolic health, but felt lost and intimidated in the weight room.
