Here’s our typical chest / shoulder routine or push day. Each exercise we are looking to progress our strength from the weeks prior. We use a log book to keep track of our sets, reps, weights.
Tiffany and Josh Trained back. This workout is mostly focused on lat width and growing a wider back. Josh is in the off-season, trying to grow and gain muscle tissue.
We started with Back Squats, then moved on to Hack squats, then Leg Presses, following that we did Leg Extensions and Walking Lunges. Josh has been doing Tiffany’s training and nutrition for the last few months, she’s been making phenomenal progress and is her strongest ever. Enjoy the video!
Here I took Dave through a full pull workout with me. This workout was mostly focused on back width, we did mostly chest supported rowing movements to protect our lower backs because we both have legs programmed for tomorrow.
